Allyson Angus, SISCC Lead for User Voice
Allyson Angus is Public Involvement Manager, NHS Tayside. Coming from the public sector, and customer service roles, she has been with the NHS for 12 years. She has responsibilities to ensure that NHS Tayside meets its statutory requirements to involve people in service improvement and change. Allyson leads a team who provide advice, guidance and support to lead officers and staff across NHS Tayside on how to engage with patients, carers and the public in a way that enables and empowers them to contribute to the improvement and redesign of services. She is involved in the planning and facilitation of engagement activities and is passionate about working in partnership with people to show how they can make a real difference in the way services are developed.
