Promoting attachment and breastfeeding for babies in neonatal units in Scotland
The Scottish Improvement Science Collaborating Centre is working with key partners to inform sustained improvements to the quality of care. Our current focus is on two evidence-based practices for babies in neonatal units and their parents – breastfeeding and kangaroo skin-to-skin care. This work will support the implementation of the Scottish Government Maternity and Neonatal Review.
We are delighted to invite you to attend this key regional workshop – one of a series of three taking place across Scotland. Evidence will be presented, experiences shared, and an improvement/implementation plan will be co-developed. The workshops will include presentations from national and international experts in the field and will be influential in shaping next steps for the project.
Thank you for your interest and participation in this project – please cascade this invitation to colleagues.
