Gillian joined the SISCC in April 2016 as the part time SISCC Clerical Assistant. In July 2016 Gillian moved into the position of SISCC Administrator.
Previously Gillian worked for the oil & gas industry’s focal point for skills, training and workforce development, OPITO, where she gained 20 years administration experience working for various departments within the same company. She spent the last 10 years co-ordinating audits to ensure existing and new training providers adhere to the national oil & gas standards.
Areas of responsibilities at SISCC: Provides high quality and comprehensive administrative support for the programme across Scotland, including preparing financial and progress reports, and managing secretarial staff. The Administrator acts as the main point of contact for all those involved in the work of the Centre.
